Well, London hasn't improved at all since my last visit, but hopefully the weekend's arms fair should have some shiny new toys.

I expect I'd better see what the Lords have been up to in my absence ... if anything, of course.

All these rumours...

Good heavens, wasn't the Essex lion enough? Young people these days surely can't have enough amusement in their lives if they're making up tales like that.

In my day we made our own entertainment, and a jolly time we had of it too. Wasn't that right, Jane?

*sigh* Yes, dear, I'll put the bins out.

I can't get back to London soon enough. Maybe I should volunteer to track down the poodle in the park that's got everybody so upset.

Still not happy about the AV outcome.

Unfortunately young Nick's forbidden me from taking that coalition partner of his over my knee and giving him the spanking he so dearly deserves.

Anyone know when he's next out of the country?

If that jumped-up little daddy's boy thinks he's going to smear the Alternative Vote and the Electoral Reform Society, he's going to have to go through me to do it. I'd like to see him try.

Well, it seems like all our boys and girls had a very jolly weekend, tabling and passing some very sensible amendments to the Government's NHS Reforms amongst other things--and good for them!

I now have complete confidence that Nick and Paul Burstow will take them back to the government and make them happen. After all, I'm pretty sure neither of them want another spanking from Shirley.

Just for the record, Liam Fox is an idiot

Looks like I should've bought a bigger rocket launcher, before Dave goes and sells them all to Libya.

Hm.

Looks like someone's been messing with people's heads.

Peter, I don't suppose you'd care to tell me whether you undertook any experiments during a certain wager, by any chance? Or should I go straight to John for a second opinion?

Nice to see young David's been obsessing about helicopters hard at work for Yeovil again.

James, where and when for the Lib Dem piss-up, by the way?

...would have been far more fun had the functionaries in charge placed a ban on baked beans, cabbage and other such foodstuffs first.

And people complaining about the camp beds. I had to threaten to kill that one Tory peer before he'd shut up about it. Clearly he's never had to sleep in an open field while his camp was being shelled.

Seems David's and James's attempt at a reunion last night didn't go too well.  Nobody's heard from David since.  I've spent the night driving round London searching people's allotments for cabbage patches.

Unfortunately, there are a hell of a lot of allotments in London.

When I find him, I'm going to hug the living daylights out of him, I don't care what he says kill him. And then I'm going to use my new rocket launcher to blow up his house.
